James graduated from the University of the incarnate word in San Antonio TX with a Bachelors in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing Management, and also an MBA with a concentration in Project management. He also obtained His JD from Concord Law School with a concentration in Corporate Law and taxation. James is a Certified Project Manager and Certified Six Sigma Lean for process improvement. James has been in the mortgage profession wearing many hats since 2001. James started as a loan officer , sales manager, branch manager, regional branch manager, President and CEO.
With 22 years of mortgage experience James has the knowledge and expertise to help borrowers achieve their goals in each mortgage transaction. James takes the extra time to get to know his customer and is very attentive to their needs, even when on vacation. He prides himself on his customer service skills. He makes sure to be up front and honest about what is happening with the loan and keeping communication open to ensure he can meet each partner/customer’s needs.
James lives in sunny South Florida with his wife of 21 years and their 2 children. As a family they are active in the community and volunteer their time for many different organizations. Being in Florida allows them to enjoy the beach and outdoors year round.
